Allow us to be cheesy once in a while, starting the week off with this snack, Cheese Sticks.
It’s been awhile since I made this and since I found out that we still have lumpia wrappers (spring roll wrappers) and cheese on fridge, I didn’t hesitate to make one for snack.
This is so simple to make. Prepare the wrapper, add the sliced cheese on top, roll it and seal it with water. Deep-fry and drain on paper towel. Let it cool. You may sprinkle cheese powder on it or by placing them in an empty container with lid shaking it together with the cheese powder.
We love to have this with mayo-ketchup dip.
